🌿 AMAZONIA ECO VILLAGE
Where nature becomes your way of life.

Imagine waking up every morning surrounded by mountains, listening to the sound of rivers, breathing pure air and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside, without having to stray too far from the comforts of the city.

That is Amazonia Eco Village, a countryside community concept located in Nisibón, in the heart of an impressive private estate of approximately 6 million square meters, where we seek to combine nature, privacy, wellness and quality of life.

Our first phase contemplates only 73 countryside lots, designed for those who dream of building their home, a vacation villa or a family retreat in the midst of an extraordinary natural environment.

🌳 AN ESTATE TO LIVE IN, NOT JUST TO CONTEMPLATE

Amazonia is much more than a lot project. It is an extensive property with mountains, valleys, forests, impressive views and two natural rivers: the Maimón River, which runs through our estate, and the Guayabo River, which originates and flows within the same property.

We have approximately 30 kilometers of internal roads and trails, ideal for horseback riding, walking, hiking, cycling or simply exploring nature.

🐎 A COUNTRYSIDE LIFESTYLE WITH UNIQUE AMENITIES

Our vision is to develop a community where outdoor living is part of every day, integrating recreation, sports, social and wellness spaces.

Among our existing and planned amenities are:

🏡 Club House with pool and BBQ areas.
🐎 Stables and a complete equestrian center, with training spaces, riding arenas, rodeo areas and pastures.
🌿 Ecological trails for hiking, horseback riding and cycling.
🧘 Yoga decks, meditation and relaxation areas facing nature.
🏋️ Jungle Gym and outdoor fitness activity spaces.
🥬 Gardens, small productive farms and an organic market with fresh local products.
🐓 Spaces dedicated to countryside living, agriculture and food production.
🍽️ Dining spaces to share with family and friends.
🌊 Beach experiences and a beach club contemplated within our community vision.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family, recreational and social gathering areas.

📍 NEAR PUNTA CANA, BUT IN ANOTHER WORLD

One of the great advantages of Amazonia is precisely its location.

We are close enough to Punta Cana, its services, its international airport and its main attractions, but at the ideal distance to disconnect from tourist activity and enjoy a quieter, more private and natural environment.

Furthermore, the Nisibón region features beautiful nearby beaches, green landscapes, mountains, rivers and natural wealth that many have yet to discover.

🌱 RETURN TO WHAT MATTERS

We believe that true luxury is not always about having more, but about living better.

Having space for your children, enjoying your animals, cultivating your own food, horseback riding, connecting with your neighbors or simply sitting to contemplate the mountains at sunset.

In Amazonia, your home will be on your lot, but your experience will be across the entire estate.

We are creating more than a real estate development. We are building a community of people who share the desire to live in contact with nature, with greater freedom, tranquility and an authentic connection with their surroundings.
