The Island — The Don Dom

In the heart of Dominicus.
A sanctuary surrounded by water to live, vacation or invest with high rental potential.

The Island is the first phase of the iconic The Don Dom development, a private enclave surrounded by water that integrates design, nature and community in an exclusive environment. Inspired by the best Caribbean resorts, it combines contemporary architecture, expansive green areas and over 10,000 m² of water features that elevate the living experience and investment value.

Located just 5 minutes from Dominicus Beach—free of sargassum year-round and the first in the Caribbean to receive the Blue Flag—this project offers immediate access to iconic beaches, tourist activities and premium destinations such as Casa de Campo, Saona and Palmilla.

With spaces created to maximize comfort, privacy and profitability, The Island presents a selection of villas, studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and Flex Dual-Key units, all designed to provide functionality, aesthetics and direct connection with the Caribbean environment.
