B) PAYMENT METHOD

The payment method is as follows:

• US $3,000 for reservation.

• 30 days after reservation, 10% must be paid upon contract signing.

• 40% divided into 4 payments of 10% each during construction. The buyer may choose the dates for these payments.

• 50% upon property delivery.

Upon delivery, the buyer may opt for direct financing with the seller at a reasonable interest rate for a term of 8 years. To opt for financing, the buyer must undergo a process to evaluate their credit history and payment capacity, with the seller having the option to approve or deny financing.
